It is no surprise that the attraction of a destination wedding in an exotic or adventurous location is quite alluring, and given the number of interstate and overseas weddings are on the rise again, I’m constantly being asked:  do you travel?

Put simply….. Have (valid!) passport.  Will travel.

Destination weddings (both domestic and international) are always on my agenda and yes,  I’m happy to jump on a plane to meet you and your crew and be your marriage celebrant at the destination of your choice!

Should you be looking at international options, just before you pack your bags and fly off overseas to tie the knot, please understand that you need to comply with the country’s local marriage laws, as well as Australia’s, to ensure you will be legally married upon your return home.  So, it’s my advice to contact the embassy or consulate of that country (within Australia) to establish the exact requirements.
